What you need to know
Return window: You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Condition: Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items: If your item arrived damaged or stops working, contact us within 14 days and we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no charge.

What if I've already opened the box?
Opening the box is fine — just make sure the brush itself is unused. Returns are accepted as long as the product has not been used and is returned in the original packaging.
Can I exchange instead of return?
Yes. Email us and let us know what you'd like instead. We'll walk you through the exchange process.
How long until I see my refund?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
What if my item arrived broken?
Email us at GrillerProStore@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund and cover any return shipping — no cost to you.
What if it's been more than 60 days?
We're unable to accept returns outside the 60-day window. If you're having an issue with your brush, reach out anyway — we'll do our best to help.
